Julia - Wakeland High School Senior

I'm so excited to share this shoot!! Julia's parent were my first anniversary celebration couple and at the end of the shoot we raced back to Frisco from downtown Dallas to meet up with Julia and her sister for a mini-family session. I was losing light that day, so I didn't get to have much time with Julia and her sister, but I knew that day I wanted to take Julia's senior photos, she's just so sweet and just gorgeous!! Luckily, they picked me to do her senior photos and I couldn't be happier.

Julia's family is originally from NY, so naturally she wanted to go to downtown Dallas. It's not NY, but it's what we have here in Dallas, and she wanted get some buildings in the background, but also wasn't opposed to having people walking about in the shots. I was so excited to hear this as the day we were down in Deep Ellum, a very trendy and hip part of Dallas, it was crowded and overflowing with folks for the Dallas Art's Festival. Julia was a trooper and we found some very cool spots. She was up for anything and we were hitting up all sorts of places! Then, it was off to Plano to get some nature shots in a lovely dress with the cutest hat from Nordstorm. I LOVED her wardrobe choices and the hat was just the icing on the cake.
