Senior - Ava || Legacy West

When I was contacted to do Ava’s photos, it was another proud moment for me. I photographed her brother’s Senior Portraits a couple of years ago and he rocked it. So I was pretty excited to be shooting another family member, I knew before even meeting her, I would have another fantastic shoot.

Ava and her Stepmom had such a fantastic ensemble of outfits and ideas. Ava was so sweet and was up for anything. This is always exciting because when a senior is open to new ideas, it allows the shoot to just flow. No need to be worried about anything. If you trust your photographer, know their work and what they offer, go with it.

I’ve said this before, and I’ll say it again, when a client returns to you, it’s an honor. I am truly grateful to all clients, and even those who continue to come back and support my little business. Thank you so much!

We had a blast over at Legacy West, again it’s my favorite spot at the moment. Ava was a natural in front of the camera. My favorite was her idea to stand in front of Sephora’s B&W striped wall. Then we decided to have a moment of random poses for fun. We also did a few things in a field with balloons, and I LOVE how they turned out. A small nod to what’s to come after this school year when she heads out for college. We also had to get a college shout out to Minnesota State, where she will be attending next year and be a member of their Women’s Soccer team!! How fantastic! Go Ava, Go!
